Early Summer |

The corn is sown, the cherry trees are in flower and the neighbour's horses enjoy the first warm sunshine. |

Summer |
||
Summer has arrived. The Rhododendrons are still in flower and the days are getting longer. Now is the time to relax in the garden and to enjoy a glass of wine on the terrace. |

Autumn |

"Indian Summer!" The "fifth" season and for many the best time of the year. The leaves are changing colour and all shades of red and yellow replace the green of summer. Nature seems to take a deep breath before the winter begins. Wild geese and cranes arrive in their hundreds or even thousands to rest before they continue on their way further south where they will spend the winter |

Winter |
Winter in this region can often be crisp
and sunny and the beautiful snow-covered landscape lends itself to
excursions and long walks and during the long evenings mulled wine and candle light create a cozy atmosphere. This is also the time to enjoy a local speciality, "Grünkohl". This regional dish is a heart-warming meal of kale (Kohl), various smoked meats, sausages, and "Pinkel", a traditional sausage. Groups of locals can be seen making the traditional "Kohlfahrt" pulling a small cart laden with liquid refreshments, ending in one of the many restaurants to enjoy "Grünkohl". The highlight of the event is the crowning of one of the participants (usually the one who has eaten the most) to "Kohlkönig" (the Kale King). |

As you can see, the "lüttje Hus" is at all times a destination for a short break, or even for a longer holiday. |
Maybe we can soon welcome you here in the real world?
