General Description
In March 2011 the "Deutscher Tourismus Veband E.V." inspected our "lüttjes Hus" and classified it as a 3 star accommodation!

The little house has some 60m2 total living area on two levels and affords very generous room for two people.
On the ground level, there are the small conservatory, a large living room with dining area and kitchenette and one single bedroom.
For bicycles etc there is a store room which is accessible from the outside.
An open stairway leads to the upper level. Here is a large landing with a writing desk, a cozy  reading corner , and the second
single bedroom.
There is central heating in all rooms and additionally an old wood fired oven in the living area.
The 2 terraces, a small one towards the south-west and a large one towards north-west have direct access to the garden.

 

The Entrance
 

The view through the entrance into the small conservatory which is orientated towards the south-west.
A door leads directly into the bathroom and another into the living area.

 

The Living Area
A large part of the ground floor is taken up by the spacious living area.
The comfortable seating arrangement is located at the south side of the room.
An LCD-TV with a DVD player and a radio cum CD and cassette player are available.

The open stairway is in the middle of the house and the old wood burning oven sits here as well.

 
This is the reading corner on the upper level.
From here one has a fine view over garden and fields.
Books spanning a wide range of subjects are of course available.

 

 The Dining Area
 

The Kitchen Unit
Dining area and kitchenette are on the north side of the house.
A glass door opens on to the terrace and admits plenty of light.
The kitchenette is fitted with a 2-element ceramic hob, micro wave with hood, fridge and washing machine/dryer combination.
Coffee maker, toaster and electric kettle are available as well as crockery, cutlery, glasses and other kitchen utensils.

 

The Bathroom
Access to the bathroom is either from the conservatory or from the living room.
The ample shower cabin with glass door is located at the north end of the room.

A large radiator heats the bathroom and also serves as a towel warmer.
 
A hair dryer is of course also provided.

 

 

The Bedrooms

The "lüttje Hus" has 2 single bedrooms.
One downstairs and one upstairs.
The beds in both bedrooms are 1m x 2m.
